Network Weavers Spotlight: From Strangers to Sisters

An interview with Network Weavers Dr. Patricia Alford and Sherri Richardson

Have you ever met someone for the first time in your life, but they already feel like family? You may have been attending the same church, shopping at the same grocery store, or even walking the same sidewalk for years without meeting. But the moment you do, there is an instant connection.

In this Network Weaver Spotlight, you’ll hear from Elgin, Texas Weavers, Sherri Richardson, and Dr. Patricia Alford about their instant friendship and how their project “The Pink and Blue Affair” was born! The two complement each other creating a team like no other!

Be sure to attend their event on October 23, 2021, at the Elgin Recreation Center where participants will get an opportunity to hear from a panel of breast and colon cancer survivors, along with the chance for 13 people to get a free mammogram from the Pink Bus
